The historic Fine Arts Club house is available to rent for family gatherings, birthday parties, showers, groom’s dinners, etc. for groups of 48 or fewer people. Many weekend dates and evenings are open. The rental fee for non-members is $200, $250 returnable damage deposit, and $50 for set-up and tear-down by the resident manager. Additional fees will be added for events longer than five hours. Fine Arts Club members (only personal events, not other organizations) and music teachers will be discounted $100 (and the Steinway piano may be used for recitals).
